The Western India Zonal Assembly of the Mumbai Diocese of the Mar Thoma Church operates St. Thomas English Medium School in Vapi with CBSE Affiliation (Affi. No. 430299). STEMS is associated with the CBSE Board and provides a nationalistic curriculum in a setting that promotes excellence in school life amidst broad open spaces. We think that every child is a "Winner and one-of-a-kind" who was born to do something extraordinary. As a result, every kid needs an education that promotes academic performance, overall growth, and well-being. Our primary objective has been to create STEMS a joyful school, where teaching is a delight and learning is a joy, succeeding is a passion, and culture and values take precedence.

There are 635 students studying from nursery to 10th standard. Similarly at present STEMS family comprises of 32 Teaching Staff and 12 Non-Teaching Staff. Rev. Philip Philip served as the administrator.
